Wifflefest 2016 Date Changed

The Best Wiffleball Tournament you will ever play in!

This is the one you have been waiting for: The Justin Osborne All American Wifflefest is pleased to announce that this year's event will take place on October 1, 2016, at the Martin Tree Farm near Gordonville, MO. Teams of five or more players (2 girl minimum) are encouraged to participate in this double elimination wiffleball tournament. Games will start at 9:00 am, with all games being played in one day. The championship game will be played at 6:00 pm.

Participants of the tournament will compete on homemade wiffleball fields, complete with announcers, scoreboards, and batting theme music. This year's tournament will be limited to the first 24 teams to sign up. Registration will open August 8th.

Spectators will be able to participate in a wide variety of activities beyond the wiffleball, such as free food and drink, bounce houses, live music, hay rides, fishing, paddle boats, nature trails; all in a family friendly atmosphere. There is no cost to participate, as donations are accepted on behalf of a local charity, the Hope Children's Home in Jackson, MO.

AV Rocks Claims Wifflefest 10 Title

Better late than never. After nine years of futility, the AV Rocks are Justin Osborne All American WIfflefest 10 Champions. After completing the 18 team, one day, double elimination tournament with a perfect 5-0 record, the Rocks loaded up their crowded minivans and headed back home with happy hearts and golden wiffleballs.

Wifflefest 10 was also a success on other levels:

• Participants raised close to $1000 for the Hope Children's Home in Jackson, MO. 
• Entertainment was provided by the Travis Lee Band
• Three wiffleball fields were successfully created (Pond, Teepee, and Forest)
• A pair of St. Louis Cardinal playoff tickets were raffled and then sold on Stubhub
• 18 teams participated in the tournament - a record for the event
• Children were everywhere
• Bounce houses, popcorn, snow cones, wagon rides were enjoyed by all
