There is an old familiar saying when it comes to the real estate business, "Location, Location, Location". The saying is true of the Justin Osborne All American Wifflefest as well. It is one of, if not the only reasons Wifflefest has been such a hit over the years. I am talking about the wonderful Martin Walnut Tree Farm. Over 300 acres of beauty, manicured to a park like atmosphere. It is without a doubt, one of the nicest places in all of Southeast Missouri. Nestled in the rolling hills between Gordonville and Cape Girardeau, the Martin Walnut Tree Farm has become famous for its trails, wiffle golf course, swings, and walnuts. The farm recently launched a website, http://www.martinwalnuttreefarm.com/, which allows them to have a web presence for their newly formed business of selling their walnuts. We at Wifflefest are thrilled that they not only allow us to play there each year, but continue to adapt the farm to our needs. This year, we will have a new field, built in the pine forest specifically for wiffle ball. The field, after the removable of over thirty tree, will be totally enclosed with pine trees and, rumor has it, will have a pine monster. We are so excited and thankful to all the people involved with the farm.... it is definitely the highlight of Wifflefest.
